Five core technologies: high-efficiency exterior wall insulation system, high-efficiency thermal insulation, airtight and soundproof system doors and windows and shading system, high-efficiency heat recovery fresh air air conditioning system, airtightness measures and thermal bridge-free measures, achieve constant temperature, humidity, oxygen, quietness and cleanliness inside the hotel.
Passive building: The concept of "passive house" was first proposed in Germany in 1988. Its connotation includes: using various energy-saving technologies to construct the best building envelope structure, greatly improving the thermal insulation and airtightness of the building, minimizing heat conduction loss and ventilation loss; through various passive building methods to achieve a comfortable indoor thermal and humid environment and lighting environment as much as possible, minimize dependence on active heating and cooling systems that burn fossil fuels or completely eliminate such heating and cooling facilities.

The overall layout of the hotel building uses the east-west "etiquette axis" and the north-south "landscape axis" to dominate the entire spatial pattern, forming a unique traditional Chinese style.
The lobby is located on the central axis of the entire building, with the reception area and lobby bar forming a symmetrical layout.
